What’s on the chew this week with Mozza.

-Fish of the week goes to Team Shambles, Sam Oates and Archie Cashion for their 109kg Bluefin Tuna caught in Storm bay last Saturday. The blue and red Predator Skirted lure.

-Local Charter man and world RENOWNED Tuna Whisperer, Stu Nichols from Personalized Sea Charters has got 51 Tuna in 2 days and has not gone past Yellow Bluff (6m from the ramp) once again the Halco Laser Pro lure bringing home the results.

- Damian Turner Glen Bellchambers and James Heinrich out of Eaglehawk neck targeted Bluefin on Soft Plastics ( Pilchard whip baits and Zmans). Yea awesome fun on 6000 sized reels. they found a good school between the lanterns and the hippo got 15 ranging from 20-30kgs. Also got a Mako shark while dropping for a sword on the shelf.

- Dean and Ethan Cashion found Scallops Mercury Passage, Maria Island, Flathead in 12-15m of water in front of the Pines in Marion Bay (330-440mm) and then finished off with a feed of Flounder in Boomer Bay.

-Craigbourne Dam has recently been stocked with 340 Atlantic salmon with average of 4kg with some stonking big units amongst them, Michael Gurner and Nathan Huizing had a session out there on Tuesday and got some 80+cm rigs on 5lb leader using little gulp minnow’s. damn wall was the best.

-Whiting again reported off Blackmans Bay and Kingston Beach, Ethan Power and the lads have been cleaning up, and getting a few good feeds tips are 400-800 meters from the shore on the Browns river end of Kingston beach off north end off Blackmans bay Beach. Us small hooks on a paternoster rig with squid bait, they were getting double hook ups average size 25cm up to 33cm.
