Long Beach Picnic

Pack a picnic, bring a picnic rug and your friends and family – you’re invited to enjoy a delightful picnic at Long Beach Reserve.

Join us for a FREE outdoor concert designed for families and music lovers, with infectious Brazilian grooves, light-hearted fun, shared moments, and plenty of room to relax and enjoy the day together.

This will be a lovely event to relax on the lawns listening to some fabulous live music, and for the kids to run around and enjoy themselves.

The park has an enclosed playground, a BBQ area and plenty of grassy areas to relax on.

12.30 pm – The event opens, select your spot and set up your picnic blankets

Berimbau is a half-Brazilian, half-Australian band specialising in Brazilian music, spanning samba, bossa nova, choro and forró. For the Picnic, Berimbau will present an interactive concert inspired by the traditional roda de samba, inviting audiences to gather close and experience infectious rhythms, rich melodies, and the joyful energy of live Brazilian music together.
