A Taste of the Huon is one of Southern Tasmania’s most loved outdoor festivals, celebrating local food, music and community in the heart of the Huon Valley. Held across two relaxed days each March, the festival brings people together to enjoy live entertainment, regional flavour and the easy pace of the valley.

In 2026, we return to our roots with a strong local line-up, national headline acts, and more ways to spend the day together.
