Cascade Slide (Bar Edition) on Halloween

Hit the trails this Halloween for the final event of the 2026 Kunanyi Trail Series! Starting and finishing at the historic Cascade Brewery Bar, runners and hikers can explore the beautiful foothills of Kunanyi / Mount Wellington, winding through open woodlands, rainforest gullies and flowing singletrack, with courses to suit different abilities.

Then it’s time to celebrate! Cascade Brewery Bar is transforming the afternoon into a medieval-themed Halloween party (with the ‘Cascade Castle’ as our backdrop), complete with live music, entertainment and spot prizes for the best dressed. Come as a jester, dragon, noble knight or mythical creature. Costumes are welcome on the trails too!
