Tasmania joins international line dance flashmob

From daggy to dazzling — line dancing is back in a big way, and Tasmania has some seriously talented movers.  

On Saturday 2 May, In Line with Cindy is bringing dancers from Hobart and beyond together for a global flashmob, joining thousands of dancers around the world performing the same routines.  

Catch the action at Princes Wharf No 1 at 12.30pm.  

Come see what the buzz is about — you might even feel inspired to jump in yourself.  

The group will perform four dances: two of the official global flashmob routines, plus two proudly Tasmanian pieces choreographed by our own Cindy Walker (In Line with Cindy) and Laura Rittenhouse (Boots and All Line Dancing).

Why are we doing it?

For fun! To dance together, spread a little joy and hopefully grow our awesome line dance community.
