Whale Lovers, You’re invited to a Special Screening of WHALE NATION this Sunday!
Whale Nation is an incredible documentary film that’s releasing in cinemas across Australia in time for World Whale Day (18th February 2024). There will be a special screening supported by good.film on Sunday 18th February at 2pm at State Cinema North Hobart. The screening will include the opportunity to meet with and learn from Australian marine experts conservationists and advocates, including:
- Eloise Carr – Tasmanian Director, The Australia Institute
- Professor Gretta Pecl – Director of the Centre for Marine Socioecology, UTAS
- Michael Bruhn – Hobart Chapter Coordinator, Sea Shepherd
- Professor Mary-Anne Lea – Marine/Polar Predator Ecologist, IMAS UTAS.
All tickets purchased at good.film/whalenation will donate 50% of profits to AMCS and ORRCA Australia’s leading marine and whale conservation charities. It’s not every day you see whales on the big screen – come and lend your support and enjoy a spectacular and eye-opening film with fellow whale lovers this Sunday!
