A Glenorchy man’s been found guilty of sexually abusing a 4 year old girl in 2020 at a child care centre where he was working in Greater Hobart.
Her parents have told the court of the girl’s psychological trauma including self harm.
The man, who has been refused a continuation of bail, returns to court on Thursday.

Meantime, a 38 year old man is being extradited from Queensland to Tasmania on a child sexual abuse charge.
Detectives travelled to Townsville to facilitate the man appearing in Launceston Magistrates Court on Monday over accusations of crimes in Tasmania between 2018 and 22.
