A case involving around 100 firearms charges has been adjourned off to early September.
Bagdad firearms dealer Lochiel Raymond Brown has been accused of failing to comply with storage requirements as well as unlawful firearms trafficking – he’s yet to enter pleas.
The Hobart’s Magistrates Court heard on Tuesday the 63-year-old’s lawyers had only received disclosure of documents from the prosecution the day before.
