A 47 year-old man has been charged with drink driving and driving without a licence, after returning a blood alcohol analysis of 0.315 on Saturday night.
The driver was intercepted by Kingston Police after a concerned member of the public contacted them about dangerous activity on the road.
Inspector Jim Semmens thanking the community member for helping get the drink driver off the road.
“This is another example of drivers making extremely poor decisions, driving at 0.315 is more than six times over the legal limit, this behaviour was recklessly endangering lives,” he said.
