Mr Rockliff is leading the count in Braddon where 42 per cent have been counted on just over 10,000 votes - Felix Ellis will be re-elected, currently on just over 3500 and Adam Brooks is looking likely to make a parliamentary comeback.

The result apparently spells the end of Roger Jaensch's time in Parliament and the chance of the Liberals picking up a fourth seat.

Shane Broad is on top for Labor with more than 3000 votes, while the fifth seat could go to either Labor's Anita Dow or a Liberal.

Labor's vote has sunk in Clark with two seats undecided at the moment.

Ella Hadad currently hanging on to a quota, Greens Leader Cassy O'Connor polling strongly in the left-leaning electorate.

Independents Kristie Johnston and Sue Hickey can't be ruled out, both holding on to point 6 of a quota each

For the Liberals Elise Archer is on top, Madeleine Ogilve and Simon Behrakis a distant second and third with not much between them.

In Franklin 44 per cent of the vote is in -- Dean Winter's set to enter Parliament at Alison Standen's expense, David O'Byrne slightly ahead of the popular Kingborough mayor.

Jacqui Petrusma and Nic Street will be returned for the Liberals while Green Rosalie Woodruff is set to keep the Greens second seat in Parliament.

A third of the vote is counted in Bass with Premier Peter Gutwein far and away the electorate's most popular politician with more than 12,000 first preferences, leaving colleagues Michael Ferguson and Sarah Courtney well back on around 1500 and 850 respectively, the Libs looking unlikely to pick up a fourth seat.

Ex Launceston Mayor Janie finlay is neck and neck with Michelle O'Byrne for Labor - the fifth seat in Bass is unclear.

For Lyons, the results are coming in as expected, with Rebecca White keeping her seat, and Liberals Guy Barnett and Mark Shelton secured, with a seat for John Tucker possible.
