Rosehaven filming again
Season four of popular TV show Rosehaven has begun shooting in Tasmania today.
A runaway hit for Tasmanian comic Luke McGregor who created, writes and stars with collaborator Celia Pacquola, this season the cast will add Zahra Newman, Natalie Tran and stand-up Geraldine Hickey.
The real estate business in the show, which started off at New Norfolk, then Oatlands, is now moving to Richmond, with shooting in and around Hobart.
Screen Tasmania is contributing $500,000 to the new season, which the government estimates will inject $2.1 million on local crew, actors, businesses and service providers, while across all four seasons will have filmed for over six months, putting more than $8 million into the pockets of Tasmanians, while developing the skills and experience of the local film industry.
