If you’ve recently picked up some brioche rolls from IGA, you might want to check the packet before making your next sandwich.
A batch of Noosa GOURMET 320g Brioche Rolls has been recalled, and honestly, it’s all because of a labelling mix-up.
What’s The Problem?
The packaging failed to declare milk and egg allergens, which means people with allergies may not have realised they were eating them.
The affected rolls have a best before date of 5 August 2026 and were sold through independent retailers, including IGA stores in Queensland.
Check Your Rolls
If you’ve got a packet at home, don’t eat it. You can return it to the place of purchase for a full refund.
For most people, there’s nothing to panic about, but for anyone with a milk or egg allergy, the missing information could be a serious problem.
